This is cemented by the fact that 80% of all our business
can be attributed to repeat orders. We are committed to
continually improving the quality of work and the service
we provide. Our site management team oversees the quality
of all work on a day to day basis, thus taking the initial
responsibility away from the site manager.

Company Safety Policy

Constructing buildings of various shapes and sizes is a challenging task for us all, therefore we believe it is paramount that we all understand the importance of having a safe and professional workforce.

Our Safety Policy endeavours to promote and enforce working safely together. We believe it is the responsibility of our Company to do everything possible to prevent injury, both to the company’s employees and anyone likely to be affected by our operations.
We also feel it is equally the duty of each sub contractor to exercise personal responsibility for his or her own safety, and the safety of others.
Our site specific Company Health and Safety Manual is presented to the Main Contractor on site, before work commences, with an additional copy sent to the Main Contractors office. Furthermore, each sub contractor working for our Company is issued with his/her own copy of our Company Health and Safety Manual.

Weekly Health and Safety Audits are carried out on site, with regular visits from our Health and Safety Advisor.

CSCS Skills Cards

Our entire workforce is CIS registered and the vast majority has obtained their CSCS Skills Cards, with the remaining men obtaining their cards in the near future.
